Johnny Jensen, CPA

Johnny Jensen, CPA, is a partner and owner of Prime Real Estate Professionals, LLC, where he provides accounting, controller, and advisory services. His work includes multi-year accounting cleanups, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and accounting software implementations, along with coordinating with outside tax and audit professionals on behalf of clients.

Johnny brings nearly 15 years of public accounting and audit experience, most recently as a director at WSRP, LLC, where he managed a real estate client portfolio with approximately $1.4 million in annual billings and supervised and signed off on more than 60 audits each busy season. His areas of emphasis include low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) projects, HUD and rural development multifamily entities, commercial real estate, employee benefit plans, private companies, nonprofit organizations, and local governments. He has worked extensively with LIHTC investors and other real estate investor groups.

Johnny also serves as an adjunct accounting professor at Ensign College, teaching Accounting 101 and QuickBooks Online. He holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Utah, is a member of the AICPA, and is fluent in Portuguese.
